My Approach
Treatment
Creative Arts Therapy can facilitate curiosity and exploration of the body, stress, and trauma. I like to invite listening to the body and noting sensations that you experience while we work and use movement to increase emotional capacity. We will use movement, art making, music, writing, and speaking. I will provide a held space for you to pause and navigate the life experiences that we explore.
Populations
I have worked with folx of all ages and I specialize in the LGBTQ community, adolescents, young adults, and middle aged adults.
Folx Experiencing:
Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, dissociative disorders, grief, life transitions, peer relationship challenges, relational distress, low self esteem, and other experiences.
Goals
